Regional On-Demand is operated by Regional Services Group, LLC, doing business as Regional Security Group ("RSG"). By using this application you acknowledge and agree to the following.
No contract until executed.
Submitting a request is an inquiry only and does not create a binding agreement. Security services are provided exclusively under a separate, signed service agreement. RSG may decline or be unable to fulfill any request based on availability, location, scope, or licensing. Any quote is an estimate, subject to change, and is not an offer capable of acceptance until reduced to a signed agreement.
No guarantee of outcome.
Security personnel provide deterrence, observation, and response. RSG does not guarantee prevention of any crime, loss, injury, property damage, or other harm. Security services reduce but cannot eliminate risk.
Subcontracted services.
Some services may be performed by independent, vetted subcontractor security firms engaged by RSG. RSG screens partner firms for licensing and insurance but does not control their day-to-day operations, and partner firms are independent contractors, not agents or employees of RSG.
Licensing and insurance.
RSG maintains the licensing and insurance required for the services it provides. Coverage is currently limited to Michigan, Indiana, and Arizona. Services outside these areas are not offered through this application.
Not an emergency service.
This application is not a substitute for law enforcement, fire, or emergency medical services. In an emergency, call 911. Response times are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSG's liability arising from or relating to this application or any requested or provided services is limited as set forth in the applicable signed service agreement. Use of this application is at your own risk and provided "as is."
Accuracy of information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. RSG is not liable for failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
