Regional Services Group, LLC, d/b/a Regional Security Group ("RSG," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through Regional On-Demand and how we use it.

Information we collect.

Contact details (name, email, phone, company); request details (service type, location/address, dates, times, on-site contacts, instructions); for vendors, business details and compliance documents (licenses, certificates of insurance, W-9); account credentials; and basic technical/usage data.

How we use it.

To review, quote, schedule, dispatch, and fulfill security requests; to communicate about requests and assignments; to vet and manage partner vendors; to assign and brief personnel; to operate, secure, and improve the platform; and to meet legal and contractual obligations.

How we share it.

Internally with RSG staff and assigned personnel; with approved subcontractor vendors as needed to fulfill a dispatched job; with service providers who support our operations (hosting, email); and when required by law or to protect safety, rights, and property. We do not sell personal information.

Location data.

We collect the service location you enter to scope and deliver coverage, and use it for that purpose and related operations.

Retention.

We keep request, account, and vendor records as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations, then dispose of them securely.

Security.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and contractual limits, by contacting us.

Children.

Intended for business and adult use; not directed to children under 13.

Changes.

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date; material changes will be reflected in the platform.
